Notification to NordTelekom customers

Dear NordTelekom customers!

 

Színes Web Kft. has recently agreed with NordTelekom Nyrt. to acquire the email service operation and its customers using the email service. On June 29th, 2023, due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to decide for service continuity, that we need to take over the service operation immediately without prior notification to all customers.

The server names used for the former NordTelekom email service have been redirected to the Színes Web equivalent. However, some mail clients may need to be reconfigured.

If you use the Microsoft Outlook mail program and experience a problem:

  1. Make sure that you are using Outlook 2016 or a newer version.
  2. Choose File -> Account Settings -> Account Settings.
  3. On the Email tab, choose your account (profile), and then choose Repair.
  4. Follow the prompts in the wizard, and when you’re done, restart Outlook.

We recommend using Mozilla Thunderbird as your email client, but when do not want to install any application, you can use our webmail service at https://webmail.szinesweb.hu
